Store and Cafe Attendant job in Maldives

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store and Cafe Attendant to join our team at a reputable company located in a resort setting in the Maldives. The role involves providing excellent customer service in both the store and cafe, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Assist customers in both the store and cafe areas by offering product information, handling sales transactions, and serving food and beverages.
• Store Management: Maintain stock levels by replenishing shelves, organizing displays, and monitoring inventory. Ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
• Cafe Operations: Prepare and serve coffee, snacks, and light meals to customers. Ensure the cleanliness of the cafe and follow health and safety regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations across both the store and cafe. Assist in any area as required.
• Handling Payments: Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adapting to Various Tasks: Take on different tasks within the store and cafe, such as stocking, cleaning, and customer interaction, depending on the day’s needs.
• Customer Experience: Provide a warm and friendly atmosphere, ensuring that every customer has a pleasant experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous Experience: Experience in retail, food and beverage, or hospitality is preferred.
• Customer-Focused: Ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.
• Team Player: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work efficiently with others.
• Adaptability: Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Basic Skills: Good communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to handle basic cash transactions.
• Hospitality Knowledge: Basic understanding of food and beverage service and store management.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: Starting at USD 400
  • USD 300 paid in USD
  • MVR 100 paid in MVR
  • MVR 800 monthly grooming allowance
  • $50 salary increment after probation (within 3 months)
