Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Shop Cashier to handle transactions accurately while ensuring a smooth and friendly shopping experience.
Preferred Nationality: Sri Lankan / Indian / Myanmar (Male)
Key Responsibilities

Process sales transactions by scanning items and accepting payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers.

Issue receipts and return change when required.

Operate the cash register with accuracy and accountability.

Deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries or concerns.

Handle customer complaints courteously and provide appropriate solutions or product information.

Keep the cashier station clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements

Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Strong cash-handling ability and attention to detail.

Professional demeanor with a service-driven attitude.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
