💼 Position: Sales Executive
We are hiring a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to strengthen our resort’s sales and marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a passion for hospitality and proven skills in driving business growth.
🛠 Duties & Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will:

Develop and maintain relationships with travel partners, agents, and corporate clients.

Identify new sales opportunities and generate business leads.

Promote the resort’s products and services to maximize revenue.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective partners.

Support marketing campaigns and participate in promotional events.

Provide accurate sales reports and updates to the management team.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
✅ Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record in hospitality sales (resort experience in Maldives is a strong advantage).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent command of English (additional languages preferred).

Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven.
