Job Entry Criteria

Education & Qualifications

Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to stand for long periods and carry out light physical tasks (lifting, bending, etc.).

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Positive attitude with a strong team spirit.

Must own a motorcycle with a valid license.

Familiarity with Malé delivery routes is highly preferred.

Ability to handle both cash and card transactions responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales Support

Welcome customers and provide helpful, friendly assistance.

Guide shoppers to locate products and answer questions about items.

Handle inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Promote ongoing sales, discounts, and loyalty programs.

Support price checks, product labeling, and promotional displays.
Store Operations & Merchandising

Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are neat and well-presented.

Monitor stock levels and promptly report shortages.

Keep store areas clean, safe, and well-organized.
Delivery Duties

Carry out deliveries from the store to customer locations.

Ensure orders are delivered accurately, on time, and with excellent service.

Handle payment collection (cash or card) during deliveries.

Collect prepared goods from the store and confirm handover to the customer.
Compliance & Safety

Follow company policies on store operations and customer interactions.

Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment.
