Poise Premium is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team in the Maldives. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our store, ensuring an excellent shopping experience for every customer through outstanding service, product knowledge, and efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.

Assist customers in finding products, offering advice, and answering inquiries.

Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately using the POS system.

Maintain well-stocked shelves and ensure merchandise is neatly displayed.

Support daily store operations including inventory checks, labeling, and stock rotation.

Keep the sales floor and cashier area clean, organized, and customer-friendly.

Promote store offers, new arrivals, and loyalty programs.

Handle customer concerns with a positive and solution-focused approach.

Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed store targets.
Candidate Profile

Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
