💼 Position: Roohu (Butler) – Maldivian
We are looking for a dedicated and service-driven Roohu (Butler) to join our team. This role is perfect for Maldivian candidates who thrive on creating personalized luxury guest experiences and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
🛠 Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalized guest services, ensuring every stay is memorable.

Assist with in-villa dining, housekeeping coordination, and guest requests.

Provide seamless service from arrival to departure, anticipating guest needs.

Uphold Finolhu’s service philosophy and LQA standards.

Coordinate with multiple departments to provide a smooth guest journey.

Handle guest complaints and requests professionally and efficiently.
✅ Key Competencies
-
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler or in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel.

A valid Butler certification is required.

Strong background in Housekeeping and Food & Beverage Service.

Excellent guest service skills and fluency in English.

Knowledge of LQA standards is an advantage.

Positive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.

Comfortable with island/remote living and multicultural teamwork.
