🌟 Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Resort Nurse to ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of both guests and team members. The ideal candidate will provide professional medical care, manage clinic operations, and support wellness initiatives in line with Maldivian health regulations.
✅ Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care, first aid, and medical assistance to guests and associates.

Manage daily clinic operations including consultations, treatments, and routine health checks.

Monitor, order, and maintain medical supplies and equipment.

Respond to emergencies and coordinate with local hospitals when necessary.

Conduct associate health and safety awareness programs.

Support HR in employee wellness initiatives.

Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.

Ensure compliance with Maldives health and safety regulations.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills

Valid Maldives Nursing License with recognized nursing qualification.

Proven clinical experience with strong knowledge of first aid and emergency response.

Previous experience in resorts, hospitality, or remote healthcare environments preferred.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Positive, dynamic, and energetic personality with strong leadership qualities.
