Dhiffushi Island Villa, a serene and guest-loved resort destination in the Maldives, is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist from Nepal to join our dynamic front office team. 🧾 Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival

Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently

Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication professionally

Provide accurate information about hotel services, island activities, and excursions

Maintain records of bookings and payments using hotel management software

Assist with guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and politely

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Promote resort amenities and up-sell services to enhance guest satisfaction

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area

Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:

Nationality: Nepali (must have a valid passport)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field

Language: Fluent in English – excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role is an advantage
