🔍 Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and talented Pastry Chef who can bring innovation, precision, and artistry to our kitchen. The ideal candidate should be passionate about desserts and pastries, have an eye for detail, and be committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar position, ideally in a luxury resort or hotel in the Maldives.
- Diploma or Degree in Pastry & Bakery Arts or equivalent professional certification.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on training and development.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A creative approach to menu development, presentation, and dessert innovation.
