• Service charge after completing 3 months’ probation

• Gender: Male

• Nationality: Indian / Sri Lankan

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

• Strong command of English communication skills

• Proven experience in digital marketing and online advertising

• Skilled in SEO, Google Analytics, and social media strategies

• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure results and optimize campaigns

• Creative thinker with the ability to design engaging marketing content

📌 Duties & Responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Manage social media channels to grow engagement and brand presence.

• Optimize website and content for SEO to improve search rankings.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights.

• Collaborate with internal teams to design marketing materials and promotions.

• Manage online advertising including Google Ads and paid social campaigns.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication efforts.
