Job Summary
As an Adventure & Recreation Specialist, you will support the Recreation & Watersports Team by organizing land and water-based activities, promoting recreation programs, ensuring guest safety, and creating unforgettable experiences through both daytime and evening entertainment.
Key Responsibilities

Organize and assist with daily recreation programs and activities.

Maintain and prepare equipment, ensuring functionality and compliance with safety standards.

Provide and monitor safety equipment for guests, offering clear usage instructions.

Promote watersports and land activities to enhance guest participation.

Guide and brief guests during snorkeling and speedboat excursions, ensuring safety and enjoyment.

Promote catamaran sailing and assist with boat handling instructions.

Host engaging educational and eco-friendly programs such as nature walks or marine biology talks.

Lead social events and entertainment activities to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

Engage with both children and adults in recreational programs, ensuring inclusivity and fun.
Candidate Profile

Fluent in Italian and/or German, with good English communication skills.

Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable leading group activities.

Passionate about watersports, recreation, and guest engagement.

Previous experience in resorts, hospitality, or entertainment roles preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, team-oriented environment.

Strong interpersonal and safety awareness skills.
