🏗️ Job Description and Key Responsibilities
🔹 1. Blacksmith
- Fabricate, repair, and install metal frameworks, gates, and reinforcement components.
- Operate welding and cutting tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
🔹 2. Foreman
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site operations.
- Assign duties to laborers and monitor project progress.
- Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are maintained.
- Report project updates and issues to site engineers and management.
🔹 3. Labour / Worker / Building Worker
- Assist in construction tasks such as loading, unloading, mixing materials, and site cleaning.
- Follow supervisor instructions to complete assigned duties.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
🔹 4. Reinforcement Fitter
- Install steel reinforcement bars and mesh in concrete structures according to design specifications.
- Cut and bend rebar materials as per technical drawings.
- Ensure accuracy and structural integrity during reinforcement installation.
- Collaborate with site engineers and construction teams for quality assurance.
🕒 Working Conditions
- Duty Hours: 8 hours per day
- Work Days: 26 days per month
- Overtime: As per company policy
- Food & Accommodation: Provided by the company
