Hire Maldives Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Officer (Local) to join our growing team in Malé City. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong organizational and communication skills to contribute to the company’s HR operations.
✅ Qualification & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.

Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices in the Maldives.

Proficiency in database management and MS Office applications.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
-
Maintain and organize legal documents and HR records.
-
Update employee contracts in a timely and accurate manner.
-
Manage and update foreign employees’ work permits and visa-related documents.
-
Organize and maintain HR databases with up-to-date employee information.
-
Keep records of hirings, transfers, and terminations.
-
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
