🌴 We Are Hiring: Human Resources Manager

Noku Maldives by Vignette Collection is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the resort’s HR operations. This pivotal role is responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our resort’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enhance HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Maldivian labor laws.

• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, performance management, staff discipline, and HR administration processes in line with operational requirements.

• Manage expatriate visa applications, work permits, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee records (digital and physical) with proper filing systems.

• Promote company values through effective employee communications and positive staff engagement.

• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and recognition programs with fairness and professionalism.

• Oversee staff accommodation, welfare, and associated facilities.

• Provide HR reports, analytics, and data-driven insights to support management decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or CIPD certification preferred).

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a luxury resort or hospitality environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Fusion HRIS knowledge is an advantage).
