💰 Salary & Benefits

• USD 450 (paid in MVR)

• 5–8% commission on services

• Food and accommodation provided

✅ Requirements

• Age: 18–35 years

• Gender: Male / Female

• Nationality: Sri Lankan / Indian / Nepali

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hairdressing and beauty services

• Skilled in hairdressing techniques including keratin and advanced treatments

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor

• Certification in cosmetology or hairdressing is an added advantage

✂️ Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of hairdressing services, including:

  • Cutting, trimming, and styling

  • Coloring, highlights, and root touch-ups

  • Keratin and smoothing treatments

  • Hair spa treatments, straightening, and curling

• Recommend hair care solutions and beauty products to clients.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of salon tools and equipment.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and hair care techniques.
