Job Summary – Food & Beverage Service Associate (Waiter/Waitress)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented F&B Service Associate to join our team. The role involves preparing dining areas, managing mise-en-place for service, and delivering a professional, efficient, and courteous guest experience at all times.
Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar F&B role at a 5-star resort or hotel.

Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Physically fit, healthy, and well-groomed.

Key Responsibilities
Dining & Outlet Setup

Prepare and arrange dining areas according to service standards before each shift.

Ensure all necessary glassware, cutlery, and tableware are polished and in place.

Maintain outlet cleanliness and readiness both before and after service periods.
Guest Service

Welcome and serve guests professionally, following established service sequences and hotel standards.

Take accurate food and beverage orders, process them efficiently, and ensure timely service.

Handle guest inquiries, provide menu knowledge, and address complaints by escalating to supervisors when necessary.

Deliver a warm, guest-focused experience that reflects resort service excellence.
Operational Support

Replenish supplies, stock side stations, and maintain work areas in an orderly manner.

Assist with mise-en-place, service, and cleaning tasks in both front and back of house.

Follow hotel policies related to hygiene, food safety, fire safety, and emergency procedures.

Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.

Uphold personal grooming and appearance standards in line with resort policy.

Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
