Position: Food & Beverage (F&B) Attendant
Location: Dhiffushi Island Villa, Maldives
Nationality: Nepalese only
Salary: USD 600 per month + other attractive benefits
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
Language Requirement: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Duties & Responsibilities
As an F&B Attendant in the Maldives hospitality sector, your role will include:

Greeting guests and providing excellent customer service in dining areas.

Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Serving meals and drinks to guests in restaurants, bars, and lounges.

Ensuring tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and well-prepared.

Replenishing stock of tableware, napkins, and condiments.

Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.

Assisting in setting up buffets, events, and special functions.

Following hygiene, food safety, and health standards at all times.

Handling guest complaints or requests professionally.

Supporting the F&B team in delivering high-quality hospitality service.
Job Requirements

Nepalese nationality (mandatory).

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.

Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Previous experience in food and beverage service is an added advantage.
