🛒 Job Vacancy: Female Cashiers – Hulhumale Grocery Shop
📍 Location: Hulhumale, Maldives
🕒 Work Hours: 8 hours per day | Shift basis (24-hour shop)
💵 Salary: MVR 10,000 per month
We are hiring 3 Female Cashiers to join our 24-hour grocery store team in Hulhumale. The ideal candidates should be friendly, reliable, and able to handle transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
📌 Duties & Responsibilities of a Cashier

Welcome and greet customers in a polite and professional manner.

Operate the cash register/POS system to process sales transactions accurately.

Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments and issue receipts or change.

Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout counter.

Assist customers with product inquiries and store information.

Ensure proper bagging and packaging of purchased items.

Monitor stock at the counter area and report low inventory to supervisors.

Resolve minor customer concerns and escalate major issues to management.

Follow company policies for cash handling and customer service.

Previous experience as a cashier or in retail is an added advantage.

Strong attention to detail, honesty, and reliability.

Good communication skills in Dhivehi and English.
