ENGINEERING COORDINATOR
Candidates must have an excellent track record in the hospitality industry and in the role. Successful candidate is responsible for working with internal teams, monitoring engineering changes, supplier deliveries, and material issues to drive efficient product arrival and order departures. The position will also develop, update, input, issue and maintain the shop floor schedule and ERP, and prepare and maintain all the engineering department reports and documentations.

- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing to different levels at the Resort.
- Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
- Ability to work with confidential and classified information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

- Excellent planning and scheduling techniques
- Organizing resources and establishing priorities
- Ability to prepare routine administrative and operative reports and paperwork.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar capacity in a luxury resort environment..
