Entry Criteria
Education & Qualifications:

Proficiency in spoken English or Dhivehi.

Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Prior driving experience, ideally in a commercial or professional setting.

Background in warehouse, maintenance, or cleaning work will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Safe Driving & Compliance

Operate company vehicles responsibly, following all traffic laws and safety procedures.

Carry out pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are safe and road-ready.
Deliveries
-
Complete deliveries on time and ensure goods reach their destinations accurately.

Provide courteous service during deliveries and resolve minor concerns when needed.
Route Planning

Plan efficient routes using navigation tools, considering traffic and deadlines.

Adjust routes when necessary to maintain punctuality.
Vehicle Care & Maintenance
-
Perform routine checks (oil, tires, fluids) and promptly report any mechanical problems.

Maintain accurate records of servicing and repairs.
Cleanliness & Safety

Keep vehicles clean and organized inside and out.

Secure all loads to ensure safety and a professional image.
