📌 General Responsibilities
As a Chief Accountant, you will:

Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), general ledger (GL), and revenue recognition.

Support the Financial Controller in preparing timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and internal policies.

Lead the budgeting and forecasting process.

Coordinate and support both internal and external audits.

Supervise, mentor, and guide the accounting team.

Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.

Collaborate with other resort departments as designated by the Financial Controller.
✅ Skill & Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA, ACCA, or CIMA is a strong advantage).

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.

Prior experience in the resort or hospitality industry is preferred.

Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and financial regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
-
A proactive and detail-oriented professional with the ability to work under pressure.
