💼 Position: Chef de Partie (Cold Kitchen)
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (Cold Kitchen) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality and a passion for creative cold kitchen presentations.
🛠 Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare and present high-quality cold dishes including salads, appetizers, and desserts.

Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.

Assist in menu planning and contribute innovative ideas for cold kitchen items.

Ensure smooth kitchen operations and support junior chefs with training and supervision.

Manage food storage, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.

Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver world-class dining experiences.
✅ Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star resort in the Maldives.

Strong knowledge of cold kitchen techniques and modern plating styles.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Energetic, positive, and flexible to work in shifts.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong multitasking and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
