1 Vacancy – CDP Chef (Sri Lankan Cuisine)
Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present authentic Sri Lankan dishes, including curries, rice dishes, sambols, and street food.

Supervise and guide commis chefs to maintain consistency and quality.

Ensure proper storage, preparation, and use of spices and ingredients unique to Sri Lankan cuisine.

Assist in menu planning and development, adding creativity while maintaining authenticity.

Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and reduce wastage.

Work with the Head Chef to ensure timely delivery of meals during service.
Requirements

3–4 years of experience specializing in Sri Lankan cuisine.

Strong knowledge of authentic Sri Lankan flavors, techniques, and presentation.

Ability to supervise and motivate junior kitchen staff.

Team player with strong time management and organizational skills.
