E5 Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. The role requires someone who can handle transactions accurately, assist customers with professionalism, and maintain smooth daily operations at the counter.
Key Responsibilities

Process customer transactions efficiently using cash, credit/debit cards, or digital payment systems.

Issue receipts, refunds, and change while ensuring accuracy in all transactions.

Maintain and balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.

Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving billing-related concerns.

Assist with product scanning, price checks, and payment confirmations.

Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and presentable.

Support basic administrative or accounting tasks when required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a cashier, accounts assistant, or customer service staff is an advantage.

Strong numerical and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of accounting or POS (Point of Sale) systems.

Good communication skills in English (Dhivehi proficiency is a plus).

Professional appearance with a customer-friendly attitude.

Ability to work in a team and adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends if required.
