About the Role
As an Island Host, you will play a key role in delivering personalized and heartfelt service to guests throughout their journey, from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include:

Offering warm, genuine service that reflects the spirit of Maldivian hospitality.

Anticipating and understanding guest needs, preferences, and expectations to ensure a tailored experience.

Collaborating with different departments to coordinate requests and deliver seamless service.

Maintaining guest profiles in the system, updating feedback, and noting likes/dislikes for future stays.
Skills & Experience Required
We are looking for candidates who can thrive in a multicultural luxury environment and bring exceptional service skills to the team. The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role with an international luxury hotel or resort brand.

Previous Maldives resort experience is highly preferred.

Proficiency in English and either Russian or Chinese (both written and spoken).

Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with an international team and diverse guests.

Outgoing personality, excellent communication, and upselling abilities.

Flexibility to work long hours in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
