🌟 Concierge Host

Previous experience in Front Office or Reservations.

Knowledge of PBX systems and professional call-handling etiquette.

Passionate about delivering personalized guest experiences from the very first interaction.
🌟 Cluster Reservations Agent

Experience with reservation systems; multi-property coordination is an advantage.

Strong communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
🌟 Cluster Airport Representative

Represent the two JOALI brands by ensuring smooth arrivals, transfers, and seamless guest journeys.

Prior experience in guest relations or airport handling preferred.

Familiarity with Maldivian airport operations is a plus.
🌟 Waitress (Russian-Speaking Preferred)

Previous F&B or hospitality experience required.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Russian language skills are highly desirable.
