General Requirements

GCE O’ Level qualification.

1–2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Strong verbal communication skills with active listening ability.

Proficiency in English and Dhivehi, plus good knowledge of MS Office.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Confident and professional in handling phone conversations with customers.

Flexible to work on shifts and under pressure with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities
As a Contact Center Executive, you will be the first point of contact for patients, guests, and staff, ensuring excellent service through efficient communication and problem-solving. Your key duties include:

Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and instant messages in line with department standards.

Providing accurate information about hospital services, programs, and appointments.

Maintaining confidential records of conversations and patient data.

Assisting patients with appointment scheduling, identification of service types, and ensuring accurate data entry in the system.

Handling and escalating patient complaints professionally when required.

Supporting visitors, physicians, and staff with inquiries through the hospital’s directory.

Ensuring every guest receives exceptional service by responding promptly and empathetically.

Collaborating with colleagues and assisting in other administrative tasks as needed.
