💼 Position: HR & Training Assistant (Maldivian Only)
✅ Key Duties & Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, payroll assistance, and HR administration.

Assist in training coordination, onboarding, and employee development programs.

Maintain employee databases and ensure compliance with resort policies.

Provide HR support and guidance to employees and department managers.

Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and welfare initiatives.

Ensure effective communication across departments regarding HR policies and training updates.

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling HR matters.
🎯 Qualification Requirements

Previous experience in HR or Training roles within luxury hotels/resorts (experience in Maldives preferred).

Strong proficiency in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable personality.

A positive “can-do” attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
