🍽 Position: Assistant Director of Food & Beverage
About the Role:
The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage will oversee the entire F&B operations across the resort, ensuring the highest standards of service excellence, guest satisfaction, and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding leadership skills, creativity, and a strong commitment to quality. This role reports directly to the General Manager.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-villa dining, and special events.
- Develop and implement strategic F&B plans to meet revenue targets, control costs, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all brand and quality standards are met in line with LQA guidelines and resort policies.
- Mentor and develop F&B managers and supervisors, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
- Analyze guest feedback and operational data to continually improve service and efficiency.
- Ensure the highest hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards across all outlets.
- Collaborate with culinary, operations, and marketing teams to deliver unique dining experiences.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in F&B management within luxury resorts or international five-star hotels.
- Strong understanding of global cuisine, fine dining trends, and premium beverage programs.
- Proven experience managing diverse, multicultural teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Passion for hospitality, innovation, and delivering world-class guest experiences.
