🔑 Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star luxury resort.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven organizational and coordination abilities.
- Fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strategic mindset with a focus on employee engagement, development, and performance enhancement.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a tropical island resort environment.
