🚨 Now Hiring: Assistant Greenskeeper

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold Velaa’s service culture and values in daily duties.

• Support golf course operations including maintenance, landscaping, and turf care.

• Assist with mowing, watering, fertilizing, aeration, overseeding, pest control, and top-dressing.

• Operate and maintain turf equipment such as mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems, and utility vehicles.

• Ensure the golf course is consistently presented to the highest international standards.

• Collaborate with the greenskeeping team to maintain safe, efficient, and sustainable practices.

✅ Candidate Profile & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel.

• Strong knowledge of turf care and golf course maintenance.

• Certification in pesticide application or turf management is an advantage.

• Experience in machine maintenance and repair preferred.

• Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

• Physically fit, adaptable to working outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.

• Flexible with duty hours and eager to learn.
