Career Opportunity – Airport Representative

About Us

Crown & Champa Resorts is one of the leading hospitality brands in the Maldives, known for delivering world-class guest experiences with authentic Maldivian warmth. We are currently seeking a dynamic and service-driven Airport Representative to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you will play a vital role in creating a seamless arrival and departure experience while representing our resort at the airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests on arrival and departure at the airport.

• Handle luggage and guide guests to seaplane, speedboat, or other transfer services.

• Coordinate with the Airport Manager and team for VIP/VVIP arrivals.

• Be present during scheduled flight landings to assist with baggage clearance and transfers.

• Communicate accurate guest arrival and departure details to the respective resorts.

• Manage last-minute (go-show) transfer requests with efficiency.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of resort services and facilities to assist and promote them to guests.

• Build positive relationships with airport and airline staff, immigration, and customs officials.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or airport operations preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal skills with patience, tact, and diplomacy in guest interactions.

• Well-organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer literacy and attention to detail when handling guest information.

• Professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance in line with resort standards.
