🚨 Position: Waiter / Waitress – Food & Beverage Service Department

We are looking for motivated, passionate, and service-driven individuals who can deliver exceptional guest experiences and embody the JOALI BEING spirit.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or 5-star hotel.

• Prior experience working in a remote island location is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and resilience in dynamic environments.

• Ability to multitask and maintain a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle.

• Maldivian nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
