Salary Range: $1000 – $1200 (Based on Experience)

  • Medical provided by the company
  • 30 days annual leave after 12 months
  • Contract Period: 2 years
  • 3 months probation period


  • Must hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience after Master’s
  • Proficiency in English (IELTS required)
  • Should be registered in home country

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Psychological Assessments:
    • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for patients.
    • Gather information through interviews, observations, and psychological tests.
  2. Individual Therapy:
    • Provide individual therapy sessions to patients.
    • Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
  3. Group Therapy:
    • Conduct group therapy sessions when necessary.
    • Facilitate discussions and activities to support patients’ mental health.
  4. Counseling and Guidance:
    • Offer counseling and guidance to patients dealing with various mental health issues.
    • Help patients develop coping mechanisms and strategies.
  5. Treatment Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on assessments.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  6. Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
    • Document progress, treatment plans, and interventions.
  7. Patient Education:
    • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
    • Provide information on resources and support available.
  8. Continuous Learning:
    • Stay updated with advancements in the field of psychology.
    • Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions as required.
  9. Ethical Standards:
    • Adhere to ethical and professional standards of conduct.
    • Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  10. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the clinic’s multidisciplinary team.
    • Participate in case conferences and treatment planning meetings.
