Job Description: Helious Security Services Sdn Bhd is seeking dedicated Security Guards to join our team in Malaysia. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients’ premises.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Patrol Premises: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area, monitoring for any suspicious activities or unauthorized individuals.
- Monitor Security Systems: Keep a close watch on surveillance cameras, alarms, and other security systems. Respond promptly to any alerts or breaches.
- Control Access: Ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises. Verify identification and credentials of individuals.
- Respond to Emergencies: Act swiftly and appropriately in case of emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or security breaches. Follow established protocols.
- Report Incidents: Document any incidents, accidents, or disturbances in the logbook. Report to supervisors and law enforcement when necessary.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. Offer assistance, directions, and information when needed.
- Enforce Rules and Regulations: Uphold the security policies and procedures of the company and the premises. Enforce rules regarding parking, loitering, and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain Order: Prevent disorderly conduct and respond to disturbances. Maintain a visible and authoritative presence to deter misconduct.
Requirements:
- Nepalese citizenship
- Physically fit with good health
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
- Good communication skills in English
- Previous security experience is an advantage but not required
- Must be disciplined, responsible, and trustworthy
Note: Food will not be provided, but accommodation will be provided for all Security Guards.
