Position: Female Sales Representative

Salary:

• USD 350 – 400 per month

Job Description:

Sales Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:
   • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect gifts.
   • Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with purchases.
2. Sales Transactions:
   • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
   • Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with care and precision.
3. Product Knowledge:
   • Become familiar with the range of products offered by Toddle.
   • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing.
4. Visual Merchandising:
   • Assist in maintaining attractive displays and arranging merchandise.
   • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
5. Customer Service:
   • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
   • Strive to exceed customer expectations and provide exceptional service.
6. Promotions and Events:
   • Assist in promoting special offers, discounts, and seasonal promotions.
   • Participate in store events and promotions to attract customers.
7. Inventory Management:
   • Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
   • Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
8. Team Collaboration:
   • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
   • Support fellow team members and contribute to a cohesive and productive team.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Product Wrapping:
   • Wrap gifts for customers beautifully and with attention to detail.
   • Ensure gift wrapping materials are well-stocked and maintained.
2. Upselling and Cross-Selling:
   • Recommend additional products or complementary items to enhance customer purchases.
   • Utilize sales techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating totals.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week.
• The Sales Representative will be based at Toddle Gift Shop in Hulhumale, Maldives.
• Overtime will be provided as per company policy.
