Human Resources Coordinator (Maldivian)
Key Responsibilities:
- In-charge of visa management and other payroll related tasks
- Organize crew engagement activities
- Ensure that personnel files are accurate and up-to-date and perform administrative tasks as required
- Support departments with leave balance and payroll related inquiries and other documentations required in a courteous and timely manner
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2- year experience in the same capacity, preferably with a degree in related field
- Has good English communication skills
- Good knowledge of HR Fusion, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc), and visa management
- Able to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Has a positive outlook and passion for people
Front Office Cashier (Maldivian)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for collection of payments from travellers
- Responsible for maintaining a proper record system of daily collection.
- Support Front Office operation in relation to offering recommendations to travellers.
- Assist travellers with their needs and request.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in the same role is desirable.
- Strong communication skills – spoken, written, listening, and reading.
- Effective time management, planning, and organizing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethics, and ability to work under pressure.
