Job Summary
As a Boutique Sales Assistant, you will provide personalized customer service, curate elegant displays, and ensure the smooth daily operation of our boutiques. Your ability to engage with guests, combined with your attention to detail, will help create memorable shopping experiences in our luxury resort environment.
Key Responsibilities

Gain in-depth knowledge of all boutique merchandise.

Design and maintain attractive window and interior displays aligned with daily/seasonal themes.

Welcome guests warmly, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable products.

Ensure all items are priced and labeled correctly in the system.

Process transactions efficiently, issuing accurate receipts.

Conduct monthly inventory checks and prepare boutique sales reports.

Receive, log, and display new merchandise with attention to presentation.

Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-friendly environment.

Flexibility to work in either Kampos or Spherique boutique as required.

Uphold resort grooming standards and professional appearance.

Deliver exceptional, courteous service with a positive attitude at all times.
Candidate Profile

Italian-speaking preferred, with good English communication skills.

Prior retail, boutique, or sales experience in luxury hospitality or fashion retail is an advantage.

Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and guest engagement skills.

A keen eye for detail, design, and product presentation.

Friendly, professional, and adaptable in a multicultural environment.
