Qualifications & Experience
- Must have at least 1 year experience as a Sous Chef or 2 years as a Jr. Sous Chef looking for a career growth.
- Experience in à la carte Western cuisine, fluency in English is required.
- Prior working experience in the Maldives is highly desirable.
- Should be passionate to interact with guests and willing to work in a multi-cultural team.
- Applicants with culinary school diploma, HACCP qualification would be preferred.
