SALES MANAGER
As the head of the Business Development, he/she shall be responsible for leading and managing a team of salespeople to achieve sales goals. To develop and implement sales strategies, coach and train salespeople, and track and analyze sales performance.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity for an international 5* hotel or Resort
- Good knowledge and connection with worldwide trade partners, attention to detail, highly organized with creative instincts and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external guests and trade partners.
- Excellent written and verbal command in English plus any other foreign language will be an added advantage.
- Excellent sales, customer service skills and negotiation skills
- Good Interpersonal and Leadership skills.
